Delivery Policy
We will use Canada Post as a preferred shipper in all cases unless you have a UPS account. You can arrange your own shipping from our locations if you have a FedEx or UPS account. You will need to set this up with us prior to delivery.
We can ship FedEx or UPS and have these companies bill you if you have accounts with these companies. Again, please arrange brokerage and time of pick up with us. The charge for shipping will then be deducted from the calculated amount of your bill and directly applied to your account with the FedEx or UPS by these companies. In all circumstances please inform us in the comments section of the order form.
Marble Media will endeavor to deliver all products to the customer's location in the time frame specified. In the event that a particular item is out of stock, Marble Media will inform the customer and place them on back-order. In this case the price paid for the product will not change up except down as with a sale or promotion. The customer will be credited accordingly. Marble Media will make every effort to obtain and ship products or same day of the order. Marble Media takes no responsibility for product lateness due to lack of product availability or interruption of the delivery process. As such delays are presumed to be infrequent, Marble Media will endeavor to contact the customer, via email or phone, to inform the customer of any unfortunate time delay.
